  • Consultations-Before you commit to an investment, you can benefit from having professionals come out to ensure your vision is feasible. We can arrange for a builder representative or design professionals to be present to ensure you are not wasting money. It is better to be safe than sorry.

  • New builds-We provide Construction Management and design-build services.

    • Construction management is when we work directly for the investor for a fixed percentage of the overall project. The investor would choose his own subcontractors and assume liability himself.

    • In design-build, we take on the liability of designing and building the structure. We enjoy this situation most because it is the most efficient and effective strategy. For this to work the client, designers, and the build team must be transparent about the timeline, price, and capabilities. The advantage of having the design and build team work together as a single unit allows the structure to be made practically and not just theoretically.

  • Remodels- Remodels of older single and multi-family units have unique challenges. Primarily you never know what is behind the walls. Mold, termites, asbestos, lead-based paint. Due to this we typically can estimate what we can see and the cost of the demo. Once we demo the wall we can give a complete and accurate estimation.

We provide both a build and design-build solution to our developers. We manage a project through the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction process. All projects must be built to quality and satisfaction as well as within the proposed budget, and timeline.

Renovations

Our restoration services are designed to return a property to prime condition either for your customers or for potential buyers.

Remodels

When you are changing the concept or building a new concept from an empty shell. We can provide services that will allow you to bring your vision to light. Our team of allied professionals can support a design-build or a bid-build plan.
