  • Consultations

    • Before you commit to an new space, you can benefit from having professionals come out to ensure your vision is feasible. We can arrange for a builder representative or design professionals to be present to ensure you are not wasting money. It is better to be safe than sorry.

  • Remodels and TI

    • We primarily provide tenant finish-out and remodeling services to commercial customers. The difference between a finish-out and a remodel is when the solution is performed. When a business moves into an existing space they can recieve a TI allowance. This allowance is meant to cover the cost of the initial finish-out, which we perform. A remodel occurs when a business is in a space already and wants to change the structure, functionality, or appearance of the space for a rebrand. Either way, we can help ensure that you are efficiently walked through the process and feel comfortable with the solution that we provide you.

  • New Build

    • Our new construction services can be design-build or as a construction manager. We like to provide design-build services. Design-build allows us to collaborate from the beginning on what the installers see and what the design professionals' intentions are.

    • As construction managers, we work for the business owner and the business owner contracts with the subcontractors. We will manage the project for a percentage fee. However, the business owner also assumes all of the liability and must also contract separately with the design team. Very large and experienced entities typically use this format. Hiring a professional firm as a construction manager does increase liability but it does cut down on costs.

Our restoration services are designed to return a property to prime condition either for your customers or for potential buyers.

Remodels and buildouts

When you are changing the concept or building a new concept from an empty shell. We can provide services that will allow you to bring your vision to light. Our team of allied professionals can support a design-build or a bid-build plan.
